SUMMARY
"Gmail domain is not allowed for signup due to spam" when I try to register on store.kde.org
And I can not login with bugzilla account.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to https://store.kde.org/register/
2. enter e-mail like example@gmail.com
3. profit

OBSERVED RESULT
This domain is not allowed for signup due to spam.

EXPECTED RESULT
Gmail allowed

KDE actually does not control store.kde.org; it's a themed redirect to pling.com. Please contact the folks at pling.com about this.
