The Kdenlive 23.04 and 23.08 versions were unfortunately very buggy when using sequence clips, sometimes producing corrupted project files. Please consider upgrading to 25.04 (you can use an AppImage / Flatpak version). Your project opens correctly for me (without the source clips - but some error are detected and fixed on project opening) 🐛🧹 ⚠️ This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
