SUMMARY

Recent updates broke the ability for a Hardware key bound to Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta to trigger shortcuts. This doesn't work as a 'steps to reproduce', but...

### On Working Version (every version of KDE I've tried occurring up to and including that packaged with 

- Hardware Key bound in QMK to Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta will trigger shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta+F will trigger the associated shortcut)
- Using the 'Create Shortcut' menu, using that hardware key will create the proper shortcut

### On a Non-Working Version

- Hardware Key bound in QMK to Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta will NOT trigger shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Meta+F will not trigger the associated shortcut)
- Using the 'Create Shortcut' menu, using that hardware key as a part of a shortcut will not create the desired shortcut

### Aside

Note that these shortcuts broke even when using keyd to rebind CapsLock for a few Kinoite versions following the 'working' version below, but was resolved in the latest versions, but the hardware keys remain broken.

Not sure what changed, perhaps a kernel level fix, but this is resolved as of Kinoite 7e5c43ad8f1d96e009a861ada4286a2d1df9af18440f2352fda4b7102186e5c3
