Created attachment 183393 [details] Screen recording STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Simulate low performance mode any way you can. I unplugged my laptop and entered Power Save mode 2. Navigate to any image file in Dolphin or Plasma Folder View and open it OBSERVED RESULT Koko launches and displays the file, but in a somewhat slow and flickery way. It is visibly loading a bunch of things not related to showing the image, and then it makes those things go away and shows the image. EXPECTED RESULT Koko launches with the image instantly visible.
