SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Draw a circle on Krita
2.  Draw a circle on another program.
3.  Notice the gap between the pen tip and the brush.
* No brushing smoothing is used here. It is set to None.

OBSERVED RESULT
Krita has big gap which results in sluggish drawing feeling

Smaller gap

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I can still feel that on PC but no video to proof that.
Hard to convey in words but you will know the feeling if you draw on CSP or PS that Krita is sluggish.

While we're always trying to make Krita faster, as per https://docs.krita.org/en/untranslatable_pages/reporting_bugs.html, performance issues are not suitable for bug reports. Depending on hardware chosen brush preset, krita's brush engines might be faster or slower.
