SUMMARY
I use Citrix Workspace across multiple monitors. After the last update the second monitor only shows a mirror of the first monitor, without the mouse. The application itself still believes it's on both monitors, as I can drag windows to the second monitor and a screenshot with Spectacle also shows the output on both monitors (see attachment).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open plasma wayland session
2. Open application in full screen accross multiple monitors

OBSERVED RESULT

Second monitor displays a mirrored output of the first monitor.

EXPECTED RESULT

The application shows different output on each monitor.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1
Kernel Version: 6.15.7-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 12 × Intel® Core™ i5-10600KF CPU @ 4.10GHz
Memory: 16 GiB of RAM (15.5 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The second monitor is also temporarily visible, if I minimize the application or something happens in the background, which affects the display, like taking a screenshot with Spectacle.
It's still possible to interact with the application on the second monitor, it just doesnt get displayed.
I don't have another program, which is designed to display across multiple monitors, so I could only test Citrix Workspace. I updated only plasma and kwin, so the issue should not have been introduced by a Citrix Workspace update.
This issue only exists on the Wayland plasma session.
