SUMMARY  Kolourpaint does not allow me to view  or open files on USB drives.  It does ... more or less work if I transfer files to a local drive, but that is not very convenient


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.   Click File OPEN 
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
Only local folders are visible for file selection

EXPECTED RESULT
Expect to be able to select files from all drives including external drives

Dear Antonia,

I tried very hard to understand the template but it was very hard 
because I did not understand half of the questions so I have no idea 
what additional information you require.

If you can't understand the problem , just forget about it and I will 
uninstall Kolourpaint and try something else.ย ย  I thought it might be 
helpful if I let you know about a quite serious fault which may deter 
other users like me, but that is your problem not mine,
