It doesn't happen all the times, but it's frequent that after powering off the monitor for a while and then turning it on, the Plasma desktop crashes and restarts.

I'm using a custom build from current git master for KDE Framework and Plasma components under a Wayland session with an AMD Radeon RX 570 graphics card on an updated Debian Sid.

The reporter is unsure if this crash is reproducible.
