Steps to reproduce:

1. Just place the CPU Usage System Monitor widget in your panel.
2. Configure it as pie chart

Results:
1. It doesn't show the blue percentage anymore (I can remember it was blue someday)
2. After a few minutes (or hours? or maybe after resume from sleep? I am not sure yet) it just doesn't update anymore. It does not even show a percentage text label in the middle.
