SUMMARY

since plasma 6 release, I'm aware of sound themes/schemes. though they are good, there's no simple way to install more sounds made by the community. it would be great to have a way, just like installing cursors, decorations etc, already do.
as side note, it would be great to have documentation about how to make your own custom sound schemes to share with the community.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings
2. go to sound themes
3. there's no easy way to install more sound themes from local file or online sources.

EXPECTED RESULT
have buttons that allow to install sound theme from file/web source

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
this is not a bug, but asking for a new feature.
