SUMMARY
Tray icon with sun and cloud has no name.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system tray configuration dialog.
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
The first item has no name, just an icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
Every item should have name.

In Plasma 6.4.2, and on git-master - next to the cloud and sun icon in System Tray Settings, it correctly shows "Weather Report"
I switched to the Russian local with

LANGUAGE=ru_RU plasmashell --replace

I'm able to see the text next to the weather icon. Can you confirm if that's the locale on your system?
Also, can you try testing with a new user and one of the Breeze themes, to rule out old configuration values? Thanks.

I confirm ru_RU locale. The hidden icons popup names the icon differently: "Set up Weather Report..."

I can't reproduce this issue on current git master with either English or Russian.

Can you reproduce it on a new clean user account on the same computer?

I can't reproduce this with Fedora 42, Plasma 6.4.4, setting the language to ru_RU. All entries in the system tray settings have text strings
