Hi, thank you for the report. The project is outside KDE (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xkeyboard-config/xkeyboard-config/-/blob/2d46d38d2a594dc78076e8172d4d21dd9c1ce485/po/fr.po#L1399) so I raised the translators the issue and I've asked access to update it myself if they cannot. Regards, |
Created attachment 183110 [details] Showing the wrong string in use over the danish layout icon SUMMARY The French string when hovering over the Danish layout keyboard icon is wrong. It says "Spanish - without dead keys". STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have French as system language 2. Make one of the possible layouts Danish, and switch to it 3. Observe that the string is incorrect in both the layout settings in KDE keyboard settings and in the system tray if hovering the icon OBSERVED RESULT "Espagnol (sans touche morte)" (Spanish: without dead keys) is shown. EXPECTED RESULT Probably "Danois (sans touche morte)" should be the string in use.
