FEATURE REQUEST SUMMARY
There are too many abundant icons, and it would be nice if we can achieve the following
- Delete, add and organize icons via separate tag icon manager
- When prompted to assign icons for tags; it will automatically point to the last used icons (Right now I'm only using few icons and they are not under the default application subfolder)
- Or, have 'favorite' icons and pop it first

The Icon selection dialog in the digiKam tag manager come from the KDE framework component KIconThemes::KIconDialog. I forward this wish at the right place.

I'm afraid bugs.kde.org is for specific, actionable bug reports or feature requests, and isn't used for "make the whole thing better in a bunch of ways". Everything can always be better, but ideas for that need to be actionable and discrete. If you'd like to continue, please open one bug report per idea, rather than bunching them all up together.

Thanks for understanding!
