SUMMARY
On viewing the Plasma System Monitor (Tool) on Fedora Linux (KDE Plasma Desktop) - There is an issue whereby it states that the application has fallen back to software rendering despite the OS utilizing dedicated graphics.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Plasma System Monitor
2. View the error message banner in the top that suggests making a bug report and that the GPU could not be used and thus the System Monitor application must fall back to software rendering.

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message displayed regardless of reinstalling and re-configuring graphics drivers, updating and reinstalling the Plasma System Monitor desktop application among other troubleshooting resolutions.

EXPECTED RESULT
System Monitor should be able to render/display utilisation and performance metrics, the error message should also not be displayed as graphics drivers have been picked up correctly by the system.

The message won't be a lie.

Please run kcmshell qtquicksettings and confirm the renderer is opengl

Thanks for the correction.
After opening QtQuickSettings as suggested, I can indeed confirm that it was not set to use OpenGL.
Appreciate you looking into this report again :). Will now mark it as resolved.
