Two small comments...

Search -- New Advanced Search... -- Picture Properties section
The "Picture Properties" section name is misleading, as it suggests that the menu item only allows searching based on image data. Some of the settings here can also be used to find videos. "File Properties" or "Media Properties" would be more appropriate names.

Caption, Comment, Title
Empty Text -- Return items without text in:
":" is unnecessary. Please remove the ":" at the end of the sentence. It's not present at the end of any other menu items, in the "New Advanced Search".
