Visual Glitches appear near number line (there are additional glitches that is caused by my faulty compression script, ignore those)

SUMMARY
Kate editor visual glitches while resizing panels (terminal, diagnostics etc) from bottom panel when 
dynamic word wrap is off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kate 
2. turn off dynamic word wrap from command palette
3. resize bottom pane

OBSERVED RESULT
Visual Glitches 

EXPECTED RESULT
No Visual Glitches

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have attached a video demo of the bug 
- resizing from side bar causes no visual glitches ever
- resizing from bottom panel is fine with dynamic wrap turned on
-resizing from bottom panel causes glitches when dynamic wrap is off (I assume ths is due to the scrollbar element that gets added when dynamic wrap is off)

Do you use scaling for the screen and if, which factor?

Scaling is 100%

Ok, strange.

Naturally I can not really reproduce that.

But perhaps somebody else has more luck to do so.

Any way I can further diagnose what might be causing the issue?
I have the same problem on flatpak version, so I assume its not something from my setup or distro specific.

No idea, sorry.
I would expect this is some issue in the lower stack, as we have no special code for that.
