That option is available in the system settings desktop effects page. Search for Hide Cursor effect. Not sure if you want to enable it or disable it. If you enable the effect and still doesn't work, click on the Configure button and make sure that the hide cursor on typing is checked and apply the changes. Hi there. I have it disabled. I want it not to hide in any situation whatsoever (in the context of typing). However, it is still hidden when I am typing such as in Kate. I believe this is indeed a bug or a lack of a feature. The desktop environment has no say in what the app does with the cursor while typing. I don't think we can help you with this, sorry. |
