SUMMARY
The  Desktop folder settings window is too small, when in Icons tab, the "preview" options are not shown and there is no scroll bar to show there is more options in the window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the desktop and click "desktop and wallpaper"
2. Choose "Icons" tab
3. Make window bigger to see the previews options

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5 and 6.4.1

I have a scrollbar. 

Can you reopen if it's still an issue in 6.4

Works now in 6.4.2
