When I use Share File I can send files from my Android phone to my PC. But the other way around I never receive them. I get the notification on my phone but no actual file is transfer.
I changed phone storage location, used a different phone, used a different computer (windows) but the the issue remains.
Sending files from Android to another Android phone also works from both directions.

Same behavior on my Debian Linux with my Samsung S9, try to transfer a file over WiFi from my PC to the Phone, nothing get send but I get a notification on the Phone. If the transfer works between Phones why not between PC and Phone?
