SUMMARY

Just starting kdiff3 from git mergetool.

Attaching kdoctor output and all thread dumps.
Happens regardless of which screen I try to bring it up on.
Happens if I remove ~/.config/kdiff3rc all the same.

I have created Fedora bug for this issue and see something quite similar:

But I think that is already described in bug #499772. I find it quite annoying and had to downgrade to previous kdiff3 version, but later found --noauto or omitting --auto parameter helps to me.

At least on my computer, it is reliably triggered when the window were last time maximized.
