SUMMARY
even when edge barrier is set to none, it still acts as if it was set to a non-zero value, but only when crossing from my second monitor to my primary one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. multi monitor setup (tested in vertical and horizontal direction)
2. edge barrier = none
3. cross from secondary to primary monitor very slowly with the mouse

OBSERVED RESULT
cursor gets stuck

EXPECTED RESULT
cursor is not stopped at edge
