I'm sorry, but this is unlikely to be a problem in Krita itself. Diagonal lines becoming wavy often is a problem with digitizer hardware and their drivers. Please attach the contents of help->system information for bug reports to this report. 

Please also check the Tablet Tester in Krita's settings dialog.
