SUMMARY
There is no Connection possible when connected to a VPN, with also uses ipv6. When  ipv6 is disabled than Connection is possible. Kde - Connect App is on the excluded list of Apps for VPN (Split tunnel Mode). Also access to LAN is granted.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install VPN App  on Andorid ( I used Proton VPN)
2.  Apply this Settings in VPN APP:
   - Enable Split tunnel and set Kde - Connect App on excluded list  (Modus Standard , on Proton VPN)
   - Enable LAN - Connections
( 3.  Apply this Settings on Andorid Settings for VPN
   - For used VPN, disable block Connections without VPN )
(4.) 3. Reconnect VPN

OBSERVED RESULT

No connection Possible, device cound not be found.

EXPECTED RESULT

Connection should be possible.

Temporary FIX

1. Disable Support vor ipv6 on VPN-App
2. Reconnect VPN

Now Connection is possible !

android and windows 10 cannot connect, tried using host name, and local ip address.  ip address can ping but cannot connect.   windows 10 is using VPN.  without VPN, it will connect.
