ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
After the release plasma version 6.4.0, a new bug has been introduced. After leaving the computer on sddm (breeze theme) for a while, all ui elements hide except for the cursor. But the clock is not supposed to hide itself.

I'm afraid this isn't a bug, it was an intended change.
