SUMMARY
widgets that contain elements relative to the current desktop and should change size when switching virtual desktops give some weird graphics

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make a panel with for example the task manager widget
2. make at least 2 virtual desktops
3. open a few windows only in one of the desktops
4. change desktop with meta+ctrl+arrows

OBSERVED RESULT
stretched graphics until mouse hover

EXPECTED RESULT
clean and nice looking widgets

ok I have more details : from what I've seen it happens with floating, fit to content, always visible panels
Comment 2 LJW21 2025-06-25 08:45:53 UTC
it also needs at least 1 maximized mindows on both desktops so the panels stops floating

This looks like a graphics glitch; moving to KWin, but even then, I suspect it'll end up being NVIDIA's fault.
