SUMMARY

When adding a levels filter layer, no histogram is shown in the dialog during creation. After it has been added, clicking on properties to re-show the dialog displays the histogram.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a photo in Krita.
2. Add a filter layer and select Adjust -> Levels.

OBSERVED RESULT

No histogram.

EXPECTED RESULT

Histogram.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

I'm on Linux Mint.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Filter masks aren't affected by this bug.

Bug fixed by Stuffins, reviewed by me.

No bug number in the commit message, so I'm closing this the old fashioned way.
(Writing this while waiting for the CI pipeline to auto-merge the MR, then we need to cherry-pick.)
