SUMMARY
Unclear behavior when hovering with mouse cursor over icons and widgets that are at the edges of the task manager, the popups stretch in a way that's somehow related to the popup that was previously up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have at least 2 icons at the edge of task manager
2. Move mouse between them
3. Happens on either side of the task manager

OBSERVED RESULT
The popup that appears on hover is unreasonably stretched

EXPECTED RESULT
Popup appears in regular proportions
