SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE NEON
2. Start Firefox from Panels Icon 
3. Close Firefox
4. Restart the system

OBSERVED RESULT
The Firefox Icon is now empty in the Panel and in the Favourits list

EXPECTED RESULT
Firefox Icon should not disappear and should not stay empty

IIRC this is a Neon-specific issue; moving the bug report there.
