kongress currently loads the list of available conferences from https://autoconfig.kde.org/kongress/conference-data.json; while this is great, it also limits how kongress can be used.

Please add the possibility to add (and remove) own conferences: this way it is possible to use kongress also for conferences not available in the central list.
