Created attachment 182457 [details] A photo of the computer when experiencing this bug. SUMMARY Different Apps, when they go into fullscreen mode themselves, are shifted up about two thirds of the screen, with black below. The cursor will not go into the black area, but will stay in the part of the application display which is shifted upward off of the screen. Occasionally, if alt-tab is used, the app will be displayed correctly, but then after a second will jump back up mostly off the screen. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Run an app 2. Go to fullscreen mode, either by a setting in the app, or by going to the window mode, and selecting More->Fullscreen 3. The window will then jump up after a few seconds. OBSERVED RESULT The window appears to be shifted up about two thirds, so that only the bottom third of the app is displayed, the rest appears to be off the top of the screen. Occasionally, however, when I switch to another app and back, it will appear correctly, but then it will jump up again. EXPECTED RESULT The app should be full screen on the actual screen. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.00 Qt Version: 6.9.1 Kernel Version: 6.15.2-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 24 × AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890M Memory: 32 GiB of RAM (23.1 GiB usable) Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon 890M Graphics Manufacturer: GPD Product Name: G1628-04 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This happened in Stardew Valley and Pharo Smalltalk when I used their own fullscreen settings, as well as Firefox when I went to the KWin menu and selected More->Fullscreen. Some oddities of my setup are that when I boot, everything is rotated 90 degrees anticlockwise, and I set Plasma in the display settings to rotate the display so that it is correct. I also have scaling set to 200%. I actually went to take a screenshot, and pushing Print Screen made everything look correct. I am attaching a photo of the effect though.
