A video of me trying to click on "Firefox" a lot of times but not being able to

SUMMARY
In the "Applications" or "Processes" tab, if you click on an application twice to select and unselect it, you are no longer able to select the application.

I attached a recording of the bug.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the "Applications" tab
2. Select any applications
3. Deselect it by clicking on it again
4. Try to select the same application again

OBSERVED RESULT
You are no longer able to select the application by clicking on it. You can however still select it by dragging, right clicking or selecting another application then selecting the original one again.

EXPECTED RESULT
You can select the application.

Can confirm. You have to select something else, and only then will the first thing be selectable again.
