Comment 1 Nate Graham 2025-06-17 16:51:15 UTC
This was fixed in Plasma 6.4.0 where we removed the effect that caused the issue, as we couldn't figure out a way to fix it without regressing other things.
Comment 2 Todd Robinson 2025-06-19 23:42:35 UTC
Thanks for your reply. As it would turn out, my Plasma has been updated to 6.4.0 but the issue has not been resolved. Please let me know if you need any additional details from me.
Comment 3 Nate Graham 2025-06-20 16:41:41 UTC
Well that's unexpected! If you go into System Settings > Window Management > Desktop Effects, is there an effect there called "Morphing popups"?
Comment 4 Todd Robinson 2025-06-20 19:46:17 UTC
I do not see a desktop effect named "morphing popups" in the list, and searching for keywords "pop" or "morph" in the Desktop Effects dialog return no results.
Comment 5 Todd Robinson 2025-11-04 18:38:33 UTC
Issue continues in Plasma 6.5.1.
