SUMMARY

After upgrading to Plasma 6.4 Beta, Chromium stopped capturing the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html in Chromium 
2. Click on Screen capture
3. Select a Window or Screen

OBSERVED RESULT
The video is blank.

EXPECTED RESULT
View the captured screen.

Reverting to Plasma 6.3 makes it work again. Firefox is not affected.

This is working for me when I test it out with current git master.
