A video showing the visual bug.

SUMMARY
A visual bug that occurs when opening (or creating) a text file with kate or kwrite. There are horizontal lines that takes the colors of whatever was behind the kate/kwrite window. It fixes when moving the window but comes back when I open another file.
This also happens when restoring a minimized window or when maximizing it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open or create a text file with kate/kwrite or maximize the window.

OBSERVED RESULT
In the text editor there are horizontal lines that seems to be from whatever was behind the window at the moment of opening it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Those lines shouldn't be there.
