SUMMARY
To comply with EU regulations we have added a “this will increase power consumption” when blocking power management. The text is missing from German locale.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Battery Monitor
2. Manually block power management

OBSERVED RESULT
”Ruhemodus und Bildschirmsperre sind manuell blockiert.”

EXPECTED RESULT
A mention that this will increase energy consumption as in the original.
