STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Use Haruna in a window or maximized window

OBSERVED RESULT
mouse cursor will not disappear like in fullscreen

EXPECTED RESULT
mouse cursor should disappear like in fullscreen

I don't think a desktop effect for hiding the cursor after inactivity is the solution for this, I see other software hide the cursor like this too.
