STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open kdenlive, then click "Add Title clip"
2. click "Download New Title Templates"
3.  the "Kdenlive Title Templates" window cannot be touch and download anything

OBSERVED RESULT
the "Kdenlive Title Templates" window cannot be touch and download anything

EXPECTED RESULT
the "Kdenlive Title Templates" window can be touched and download templates
