Description Björn Lindqvist 2025-06-06 18:31:45 UTC
I have the following in my logs since January 2025:

plasmashell[6024]: Toolbox not loading, toolbox package is either invalid or disabled.

Could the log message be more specific on what "toolbox package" it refers to? Could it also distinguish on whether "toolbox" is invalid or disabled? If it is disabled there is no need for a log message, but if it for some reason is invalid one would like a warning about it so that one can repair the "toolbox".

My point is that nothing should be logged if it is perfectly fine if the toolbox is disabled, but it should be logged as a warning/error if the toolbox is invalid/corrupted.

This is fixed in Plasma 6.4.
