SUMMARY

If you manually add an option to a neworkmanager configuration file, that is not exposed from the systemsettings ui, changing any setting from the ui will remove the manually added option.
Because the ui doesn't allow settings those options, and disables them every time you use it, you have to remember every option to manually add back from cli every time you use the ui.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable via `nmcli` some option not available from the ui (e.g. wake on lan with `sudo nmcli c modify "Wired connection 1" 802-3-ethernet.wake-on-lan "magic"`)
2. Open the network configuration page in system settings
3. Change one unrelated option (e.g. the network name) and apply
4. Wake on lan has been disabled

OBSERVED RESULT

The configuration ui disables option that are not accessible from ui

EXPECTED RESULT

The configuration ui should only change the options that it actually expose, and leave everything else unchanged
