I'm not entirely sure that implementing your request is a good idea. As far as I know, no application allows to middle-click on a toolbar button (indeed, it's not directly supported by Qt itself: I had to manually detect the middle click and trigger the button to implement it). |
Created attachment 182061 [details] bookmark middleclick does not open from bookmarksbar SUMMARY Middle-click to open bookmarks works in sidebar, but not in bookmarksbar. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. display the bookmarksbar 2. display the sidebar 3. open the bookmarks tab in the sidebar 4. middle-click on a bookmark in the sidebar. the location opens in a new tab 5. middle-click on a bookmark in the bookmarks bar. OBSERVED RESULT nothing EXPECTED RESULT bookmark opens in a new tab. (and set focus to it?) SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: EndeavourOS KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0 Qt Version: 6.9.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Would also be nice to have an option in the config to set focus to newly opened tabs. I will post that as a wishlist-thing.
