SUMMARY

There's been a long ongoing inconsistency with Gwenview importing photos.  I have been relying on Gwenview to import all my photos from the RAW files of my camera for a couple years; the number of imported photos never seem to match the number of photos the camera captures. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in SD/Card/Media
2. Click on "Download Photos With Gwenview"
3. click on "Import All"

OBSERVED RESULT

Would only import some of the RAW files supplied on SD Card media instead of "all"
It imported only around 1400 of the listed 2621 camera photo files

EXPECTED RESULT
All 2621 .ARW raw photos copied over
