SUMMARY
Since the last Kate update, the navigation bar above the edit box no longer allows opening sibling documents

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a text file which has other files in the same directory
2. Click the file's name in the address bar above

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing

EXPECTED RESULT
File list menu opens

Ok, interesting, that explains why I was not able to see the error in our code.

Just wanted to share that the bug is now fixed on Fedora KDE 42, since it has Qt 6.9.1.
