SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kphotoalbum
2. Click "Places", then select a top category
3. Click "Places" again

OBSERVED RESULT
The top category is not expanded, even though it is the only entry (besides "No other").

EXPECTED RESULT
The top category should be expanded, saving one click.
