Hello authorities,

I have been actively using KDE Neon for about seven months and have regularly used the KDE Connect application during this time. However, for the last few weeks I have been experiencing serious problems connecting my devices. Although I managed to connect temporarily a few days ago, as of today I am unfortunately unable to pair my devices again.

I have made many different checks and attempts to solve this problem, and so far I have not detected any problems or deficiencies.

Here are some of the attempts I have made:

1. I have checked the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings of the KDE Connect application on both my computer and my phone in detail.

2. I have tried restarting the applications on both devices more than once.

3. I have checked the version updates of the applications to make sure there are no deficiencies.

4. I have even reinstalled the applications to fix the problem.

Despite the steps above, I do not receive any error messages and I do not think there is an important setting that I have overlooked.

This problem seems to affect the stability of KDE Connect. I request that the necessary error checks be made on this issue and the problem be resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you for your help.

Same issue on Bazzite. Went through the first troubleshooting points too but the ports seem fine. I also can sync other stuff through the network, like Firefox pages and whatnot so it does not feel like the network itself is blocking anything. Pretty sure it was working at least a few weeks ago but I don't use it that frequently to know for sure when it stopped working.
