Generally, keyboard shortcuts should launch the default app rather than a specific app, e.g. `Meta+E` should be `xdg-open $HOME` rather than Dolphin specifically, so users who e.g. switch to `krusader` can launch it with the same shortcut.

Currently Meta+E is a shortcut to dolphin (installed by dolphin as well).
It wil also respect the setting of opening in last visited directories.

If you want to have it open krusader you can just assign the shortcut to krusader in settings.
