SUMMARY
With the logout sound in Notifications applied to 'desktop-logout' from Oxygen sounds, when one reboots/shutdowns their machine, the logout sound does not play fully and the last bits get noticeably cut off near the end before the session terminates.

I can reproduce this on git-master using the Oxygen sound theme
The fade out is cut off (about 2 beats) compared to the sound when played in System Settings - Notifications
