SUMMARY
Processes tab: Weird vertical line while process list is loading.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Processes tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
While the tab is loading, I see something small that I cannot understand or describe (see screenshot).

EXPECTED RESULT
A progress bar or similar.

There's a busy indicator there. It appears that with the icon theme you're using that doesn't work correctly. That's not going to be limited to System Monitor though, as we don't do anything special with that control.

I deleted symbolic icons (`sudo rm /usr/share/icons/oxygen/*/*/*-symbolic.*`) to work around https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503118, i.e. to make icons colorful.

Shouldn't  the app fallback to normal icon when symbolic icon doesn't exist?
