The table headers aren't draggable for me at all with current git master, so I can't confirm this bug. :/ I imagine it happens for you with the table headers on the Applications page too, right? Just to clarify - is what you're describing a situation where you have more columns than can fit in the window/view in the Processes tab, and you're horizontally scrolling by clicking and holding on a column header, then making a "flicking" motion with the mouse, simulating a touch input flick? If I can ask, is there a reason you wouldn't use the horizontal scrollbar for precise movement of the window contents in that situation? I'm no expert, but having inertial scrolling seems preferable in what I would assume is the majority case of folks using column headers like that - making a flicking motion from within the contents of a window/frame to scroll seems like a touchscreen workflow more than a mouse input one? Closing as RESOLVED WORKSFORME. > The table headers aren't draggable for me at all with current git master, so I can't confirm this bug. :/ I'll re-test in Plasma 6.5 in a few months once it reaches my distro version. > I imagine it happens for you with the table headers on the Applications page too, right? Yes. > If I can ask, is there a reason you wouldn't use the horizontal scrollbar for precise movement of the window contents in that situation? Flicking was accidental. I probably wanted to click in a column to change sorting order, but held the mouse button for too long. |
