For some reason it seems to me it's always expected that import or loading functions to go before export or saving ones.
In this case (the OpenTimelineIO options in the File menu) they seem to be inverted.

Obviously it's not a matter of functionality, but just of expectations (of mine, not sure if shared with anyone else though).

Just to notice that the order of these options in File menu got reversed again.
I think it was after the "Reorder menu structure to make it clearer" commit.
