The plus symbol is incorrect.

1- Open an image in Gwenview.
2- Drag the image into the panel.

Result:
The panel indicates that the image can be moved there with a plus symbol.

Expected result:
Either allow the image to be placed there, or simply show a prohibited symbol instead.

It does something if you hover it over anywhere but the taskmanager, it opens a menu offering you some actions.

Indeed. Basically the only thing that makes when dragging a file over the Task Manager would be to pin it; marking as a duplicate of the ticket that requests that.
